All products are made-to-order which means we don’t start whipping up your potions until we receive your order. We take pride in ensuring the freshest ingredients and products.

PLEASE ALLOW 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS TO CREATE YOUR ORDER PLUS SHIPPING TIME.

You must validate your shipping address. Invalid shipping addresses will receive a refund once the package is returned minus the shipping costs.

We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. We are insured and all customers can file a claim with shipping provider.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
